Join Masabi's Legal team as a Contracts Manager, leading customer and supplier contract negotiations, particularly in North American markets. You will partner with the General Counsel, supporting RFPs, new customer agreements, upsells and global supplier contracts. You’ll take the lead on project managing contract negotiations while helping the Legal Team adopt smarter ways of working.

The Employment Counsel will help G-P navigate the complexities of employment law and compliance across North America, providing strategic legal advice and guidance on all aspects of employment law across North America. The candidate will work closely with the People, Global Operations, and Product teams as well as business leaders to ensure compliance with local employment laws, mitigate legal risks, manage and resolve disputes and litigation, and support the company’s strategic objectives.

You'll strategically develop, enhance, and continuously improve derivatives compliance programs, innovating in the derivatives space and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) and Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) regulations for Wealthsimple’s derivatives business.

The Manager, Trade Desk Compliance will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) regulations and other applicable trading rules across all trading activities conducted by the Investment Dealer. You will act as the compliance subject matter expert on trading rules, products and requirements that impact the trade desk and related regulatory requirements for the Investment Dealer and build strong collaborative relationships with Product, Trading, Operations, Engineering and Finance teams to ensure compliant implementation of business initiatives.

Reporting to the Director, Neobanking Strategy & Payments Legal, you will play a key role in supporting the development, commercialization, and regulatory alignment of Wealthsimple’s payment products and infrastructure. This role will be critical in providing legal guidance on regulatory, competition, and product matters related to the Retail Payments Activities Act.
